Travis and Pace did a great job of keeping me motivated, which is my biggest weakness when it comes to fitness. I gained strength and muscle, lost weight and reduced my blood pressure and cholesterol levels significantly. I also gained confidence that I was in shape and living a more healthy lifestyle. I had no experience at all with working out. I began training with Travis with a friend. In a short time I learned how to do many exercises. Many of them were utilizing my own body resistance. I saw results very quickly. I had muscle definition very quickly. Travis designed a program to show the results I wanted. He pushed me and encouraged me and reminded me of my success. Our son has always struggled with his size and coordination, because he has grown so quickly he’s had trouble managing his body. Since he started with Allied Fitness he has gained so much confidence that he is now wanting to try out for sports that he would never try before. He has played basketball for a couple of years and Allied has helped with his footwork tremendously! He’s only 10 but has noticed how much it’s helping him and never wants to miss! My 6 year old has now started as well and is developing confidence at a much earlier age. And the heart these men have for these kids is incredible. Hello, my name is Zach Wilburn and I went through the Allied Fitness program. My trainer, who excels in what he does, is Travis Washington. He is an awesome trainer who supports and cares about his clients. Whatever your goal might be going into the program will be achieved and surpassed. He knows your physical capabilities well and will push you to the limit. He is a very easy going person and flexible when it comes to your schedule. One phrase that explains what Allied Fitness is all about has got to be "No Pain, No Gain!" The workouts are tough, but you'll be glad they were after you see the results. Zach Wilburn
When I joined your program a while ago, I'll admit I was a little overweight for my size. After spending just a few weeks with Pace, I started trimming down, and shaping up. Pace taught me what was good for my body and what wasn't. I can't say that I'm not drinking pop anymore because I still am, but not as much as I was before the first gauntlet that I ran. That was a breathtaker but it showed me my weaknesses and strengths. I'll also admit that I haven't done everything correct while working out and Pace stopped me before I injured myself and taught me the right and safe way to proceed on wth my workout. When I first started out with Allied Fitness I thought that I knew a lot about working out and lifiting weights or even keeping my body fit, but Pace has taught me a lot and is very flexible (working with schedules). Our son is 11 years old and he’s been working out with Pace to gain strength and speed. He has had many problems with soccer injuries, but since going to Allied Fitness he is definitely getting stronger. My mother is a doctor who specializes in muscles and body alignment. She was treating Brian recently and commented on how much stronger and more balanced his muscles are since he’s been working with Pace. More importantly, Brian likes going to Allied Fitness each week. Even though the workouts are challenging, Pace makes them fun too! Allied Fitness is different from other trainers, because they don’t take a cookie-cutter approach. They work with the individual taking into consideration goals, fitness level and body type. At 46, I've never been athletic or worked out (didn't want to either), but had to start when I was diagnosed with various heart problems. Within 3 months my numbers were back to normal. I've rarely missed a session in the 9 months I've been going. I feel motivated to keep improving. Pace is a positive person and listens to feedback. Everyday, I read that regular exercise is mandatory for a healthy life. Pace's group makes such a commitment possible and enjoyable. The things that impressed me most was their ability to work with young adults not only with sports training but with the morals, values and maturity that they instilled in their students.
