Boxing, as a workout,
is the perfect combination of cardiovascular fitness and muscular development.

Boxing conditioning increases your strength, endurance, and coordination.

The ASF Allied Boxing Program has a strong emphasis on safety.  Classes are comprised of conditioning drills with the use of boxing equipment such as:  Heavy bags, speed bags, double end bags, and striking dummies.  Participants do not at any time engage each other in any type of sparring or fighting.

For many, Boxing Conditioning can be an exciting new way to exercise and get healthy. 

This style of conditioning is for fitness only.  Training to enhance boxing skills for competition will not be offered.
